Acceptance of Terms
The use of this service serves as acceptance by the user of the following Terms of Service.
MyCJReports and MyCJReports.com are copyright and property of MyCJReports. Other services and sites such as Commission Junction and CafePress are the property of their respective owners. MyCJReports has no affiliation or partnership with any of these entities unless specifically expressed.
The service is a subscription-based service which allows the subscriber to view their Commission Junction data that we access via their personal Commission Junction API. By using the service and providing their CJ API Key, the subscriber grants us permission to access their CJ sales data and download it for their personal use.
Refunds
Because the nature of the subscription includes the ability to download the subscriber's sales data for their use, we do not offer refunds for the service. The subscriber will be notified via email at least one week prior to the end of their subscription. This notice will be repeated the day before and the day of their subscription expiration and will also be included in any automated email reports. Failure to continue the subscription will result in a temporary suspension of the subscriber's account at the end of the subscription. MyCJReports will not automatically continue the subscription without the express permission of the subscriber.
Removal of Data
Since the subscriber may reinstate their subscription following expiration, and to keep data available for aggregate reports, we will not automatically remove the subscriber's sales data from our files. If a subscriber wishes to have their sales data removed, they must contact us via email, where we will remove the data within 2 business days and will reply with confirmation of the removal.

The services specified in the subscription are as follows:

Various reports utilizing the subscriber's Commission Junction sales data to view sales trends and compare sales between the subscriber's PIDs, SIDs, Advertisers, etc.
Limitations of Service
The service utilizes the Commission Junction API to gather information. Therefore, the service is limited by the features of the CJ API. Some examples of such a limitation are the following:
The API can only look back 16 hours for today's sales. Any quickReports accessing today's data after 16:00 will be limited in their results.
The API only provides full sales information for sales up to and including the previous day. Some sales may post to the API several hours after their actual sale time. Therefore, the service doesn't begin downloading the previous day's data until mid-afternoon to ensure that the data is available.
The API may be unavailable at the time MyCJReports attempts to download the subscriber's data. Although we will reattempt a connection, it is possible that we cannot automatically collect the data. The service does provide the subscriber with the ability to manually call the API and collect the data at their convenience.
Service Availability
As with any online service, we strive to maintain full functionality but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will, however take all reasonable measures to ensure functionality and reasonable uptime.
